Kelsey is a graduate from Jones International University with a Bachelor Degree in Finance. Kelsey joined the Safe Passage team in August 2021 as a sexual assault advocate and then became the legal program manager in November 2022. She is passionate about assisting those in need, providing a safe space for everyone, ensuring clients are able to navigate the legal justice system efficiently and building relationships with other agency’s throughout the community.
