In Fiscal Year 2024…
We served 139 adults and 52 children in our shelter, for a total of 191 clients. We had to turn away 149 adults and 95 children for lack of space, all of whom were referred to other shelters/services. We provided 15,183 service hours to 628 clients.
At Safe Passage, we are privileged to stand as a beacon of hope for survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. For over a decade, I have had the honor of serving as Executive Director of this incredible organization. Together with a team of dedicated professionals and compassionate supporters like you, we’ve worked tirelessly to ensure survivors have the resources, advocacy, and support they need to heal and rebuild their lives.
This work is more important now than ever. The holidays, which for many are a time of joy and togetherness, can be especially challenging for those impacted by violence and trauma. Safe Passage is here 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, offering support to anyone in need—a lifeline of hope during the darkest of times.
But we can’t do it alone. The essential services we provide are only possible through the generosity of our community. Your support empowers survivors to find safety, healing, and hope.
This season, as we celebrate the strength of survivors and the power of compassion, I ask you to join us in making a difference. Your gift to Safe Passage provides critical resources, including shelter, counseling, legal advocacy, and prevention education. Together, we can continue this vital work, reaching new milestones and changing even more lives.
Thank you for your unwavering commitment to Safe Passage. May this season bring hope, healing, and peace to you and your loved one
