Kaitlyn started as an intern at Safe Passage and is now both a PAIP Facilitator and Weekend Case Manager. She has a degree in Psychology and Criminology from Northern Illinois University, and has plans to get a Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology, as well as a PhD in Clinical Psychology. She is a proud proponent of reformative justice and seeks to develop better resources for those in the criminal justice system. Kaitlyn brings her spirit for reformation and rehabilitation into her work every day by balancing accountability and compassion to arrive at true and lasting change. More than anything, she loves getting to see the transformation her clients go through and being part of their journey towards a brighter, healthier future.
