I graduated from NIU in 2016 with a degree in Public Health and an emphasis on Health Promotion. I am the youngest of 4 siblings. I am also a mom to 3 young kids, so most of my free time is happily spent with them. If I’m not with my kids, you can catch me lifting weights or thrift store shopping.
